Preparation
Setting Your Intention:
Before the ceremony begins, you will be invited to set an intention for your journey. This is a time to reflect on what you want to release, heal, or gain clarity on.
Dietary Guidelines:
It is recommended to follow a light diet and abstain from caffeine, alcohol, and heavy foods the night before. On the morning of the ceremony, you should arrive with an empty stomach. You will drink a significant amount of water just before the application of kambo.
Safe and Sacred Space:
The ceremony will take place in a calm, supportive environment. Whether it’s in my East London space or your chosen location (for an additional fee), you will feel safe, held, and supported throughout the process.

What are the potential dangers of Kambo?
While Kambo is generally considered safe when administered by a trained practitioner, it can cause intense physical reactions. These may include vomiting, diarrhea, swelling, and changes in heart rate. In rare cases, severe complications can occur if not administered properly or if pre-existing conditions are present. Always consult with a healthcare professional before considering Kambo.
Who should avoid Kambo?
You should not undergo Kambo if you:-

Ceremonial Overview
1. Opening the Circle with a Prayer: The ceremony begins with a heartfelt prayer to honor the sacred journey and connect with the medicine’s energy, creating a grounding and intentional space.
2. Rapeh Application: You’ll receive rapeh, a traditional Amazonian tobacco snuff that calms, centers, and prepares you mentally and physically for the kambo ceremony.
3. Guided Meditation: I will open an energetic channel and guide you through a meditation uniquely designed for you. During this process, you will receive personalized messages and intuitive guidance tailored to your journey.
4. Opening the Gates: Small, superficial burns are made on your skin (upper arm for men, lower leg for women) using a tiny stick. These "gateways" allow the kambo to enter your lymphatic system. This process is quick and not painful.
5. Applying Kambo: The medicine is applied through the gateways. We begin with a small dose, assessing your body’s response before adding more. I will assess you and know intuitively how much kambo to give you. The burns leave faint scars that fade within six months. If preferred, placement can be adjusted to less visible areas.
6. Immediate Effects: Once the kambo is applied, effects are felt almost instantly. These may include a warm flush, increased heart rate, and possible nausea and/or emotional release as the medicine activates.
7. Duration: The active phase typically lasts 15-30 minutes, during which the medicine works through your body. This phase may feel intense but is temporary and deeply cleansing.
8. Rest & Reflection: After the medicine is removed, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and integrate. Many participants experience a deep sense of calm, clarity and lightness following the ceremony and typically 24 hours after is when you will really feel the massive shift in your energy!.
Aftercare
Hydration and Nourishment
You’ll be encouraged to rehydrate and consume light, nourishing foods after the ceremony to support your body’s recovery.
Reflection and Integration
Journaling or quiet reflection is recommended to process the insights and shifts that arise from the experience.
